Romantik Hotel Die Gersbergalm

Even in Mozart's time, the Gersberg Alm, surrounded by beautiful nature and just 8 km from the centre of Salzburg, was a popular excursion destination. Today, the Salzburg Romantik Hotel is one of the city's leading hotels and an oasis of peace with a magnificent view of the cathedral, fortress and old town. Cultivated joie de vivre and modern comfort, paired with excellent cuisine and exquisite wines, make the Gersberg Alm unique.

Using selected regional products, the kitchen team led by head chef Florian Dornstauder conjures up culinary delights that interpret Salzburg's traditional hospitality at a high level. The menu is varied and offers traditional delicacies such as the famous semolina pancake, fine boiled beef from Salzburg organic cattle or fresh fish from local waters, as well as international culinary delights.
