For animal fans, the underwater world at Sea Life has a lot to offer. There you can discover sharks, rays and sea turtles in about 40 tanks. A visit to the fishing port in Niendorf, a district of Timmendorfer Strand, is also worthwhile, as time has almost stood still there and you feel transported back to old fishing times.
