Unique enjoyment, wonderful teamwork & culinary at the highest level: We congratulate all Romantik Hotels & Restaurants as well as chefs who were awarded in this year's publication of the renowned Gault & Millau. A total of 35 black and red toques as well as another extraordinary award have been won by our Romantik Hotels in Germany - a great achievement! We especially congratulate Cornelia Fischer from the Romantik Hotel Zur Schwane, who, as head chef at the Restaurant Weinstock, has received an award as Next Generation trailblazer.
