Star chef and Gault Millau trailblazer of the year 2023, Cornelia Fischer from the Romantik Hotel Zur Schwane, and 2-star chef and Chef of the Year, Peter Girtler from the Romantik Hotel Stafler in South Tyrol, will do a fabulous 6-course dinner including Romantik wine accompaniment at a private gourmet event in the heart of the Bavarian city of Munich. 20 invited guests will be able to look forward in the golden autumn to sophisticated culinary delights and the opportunity to network in the presence of the star chefs.

Heavenly Lobster Safari: Exclusive Lobster Event in Zierikzee

Adventurers and sea enthusiasts went on a joint lobster safari in the Dutch coastal town of Zierikzee in July 2023. Here, our loyal guests had the unique opportunity to catch fresh lobster together with a fisherman and enjoy it in the evening with a glass of wine. On the fishing boat, the guests were welcomed with a glass of champagne and canapés and after the lobster catch, they returned to the Romantik Hotel Mondragon with host Govert Janzen for a delicious 4-course dinner.
