Cooking course in Meisenheim's star kitchen
The enchanted half-timbered town of Meisenheim near Bad Kreuznach has had its own Michelin-starred kitchen since 2024: learn to cook like the pros with Markus Pape at the Romantik® Hotel Meisenheimer Hof. Kochhaus Nicolas Appert is part of the historic building ensemble and is located directly opposite the hotel. Here, fine cooking courses and individual events with wine accompaniment at a long cherry wood table invite you to spend convivial hours. The Kochhaus is also available for private celebrations or conferences.
Cooking and barbecue courses with André Greul
Host and chef André Greul from the Romantik® Hotel Fürstenhof in Landshut will teach you the art of cooking as part of his professional courses. Especially interesting for grill masters or those who want to become one: The basic barbecue course. After a theoretical introduction and the presentation of various barbecue models, you will learn in the kitchen how to prepare skewers, steaks, roasts, fish in a banana leaf, ham coating, potato gratin and vegetables to perfection. Then it's time to grill and enjoy together. The course ends with a debriefing and a barbecue dessert. You can take a detailed recipe folder home with you. Also available as a voucher.

In the Romantik® Hotel Residenz am See's own cooking academy in Meersburg on Lake Constance, Michelin-starred chef Markus Philippi regularly gives exclusive cooking courses.
