"Meeting place of good taste"
Under old lime and chestnut trees stands the listed house, where guests have been pampered since 1871. Connected to a 220-year-old farmhouse, the hotel in Moers convinces with individual parlours, rooms and rooms that have been restored with great attention to detail. Whether holiday, family celebration, business trip, conference or seminar: guests appreciate the warm welcome, hospitality and personal care in the diverse world of experiences.
Your hosts
The hosts of the house are Elmar and Marie Welling, who run their house with passion and commitment. What drives them in their daily work is the joy of giving people a good time on their holiday by enabling them to experience happy moments and offering them little highlights every day. At the beginning of 2017, the children Eva and Falko Welling took over the management of the hotel.

Animals at Wellings
Life without animals is unthinkable at Wellings. Despite the little time they have, they have always been part of it. It started with the many little ones that Eva and Falko regularly brought home "to look after". More than 20 years ago, this included the mixed-breed dog Doggi, a wonderful dog who was part of the family from day one. Today, in addition to the dogs Aiko, Teddy and Paula, they also look after pheasant Felix, the bee colonies, the fallow deer herd with Rudolpho III from the Lindenhof, as well as the chickens Käthe, Gisela and others.
