For over 30 years, Claus Haslauer and his wife Veronika Kirchmair have been responsible for the unique reinterpretation of time-honored tradition and give their guests the feeling of having arrived. With courage and sensitivity, they have skillfully brought the historic establishment, which once welcomed guests such as Mozart and Haydn, into the 21st century and turned it into one of the top locations in Austria, with prominent guests such as Karl Lagerfeld and Anna Netrebko. Thanks to Veronika Kirchmair's flair for aesthetics, the Stiftskulinarium boasts a very special interior.

The St. Peter Stiftskulinarium is supplied by regional suppliers - with fresh, seasonal products and ingredients, without long delivery routes and unnecessary frills. In order to produce as little waste as possible, the chefs create a different menu each time - the surprise menu.
