Our restaurant has five rooms on two floors. You will also find a large vaulted cellar and a seminar room. The building was restored with great effort in four years of construction, within the framework of careful planning and the use of traditional craftsmanship. Beautiful furnishing details in all rooms, baroque fantasy paintings from 1680, a gothic beamed ceiling and renaissance beams make the restaurant a historically as well as architecturally unique treasure. The varied cuisine and great recipes with a focus on Lake Constance ensure an enjoyable stay.

As a romantic restaurant with prestigious awards such as two toques and two chef's spoons, we stand for the highest quality. For us, good cuisine is, in addition to the culinary art itself, a work that begins with the product. That is why we prefer local suppliers for our selected products and process seasonal ingredients fresh from the market and quickly. We attach great importance to small creative details and utilize up to 200 different components in a single menu. Our claim is to always offer you something special and to give you a lot of pleasure while eating.

A good dish needs a good wine. That is why we have always stored our valuable wines in the oldest part of the house, which are selected and compiled by Dipl. Sommelier Silvia Brenner with much love and care. She is always discovering new varieties and especially interesting rarities, which are integrated into our wine list. Here you will also find excellent red and white wines from Austria and exquisite drops from the best growing regions of the world.
