Lovely place
We spent a very nice time in the hotel. Very charming place, wonderful spa and the lake promenade was really beautiful. People working in the hotel are very professionals. We recommend everybody to spend holiday there.

poor standard
The service and stuff were wonderful however the hotel is very old for example the shutters in the room are probably 100 years old, also we expected a much Reacher breakfast for a brand like Schweizerhof.

Pleasant experience but there is room for improvement
Postive: 1. The staff is very friendly 2. The rooms are very clean 3. The spa is excellent- smells amazing, very relaxing Negative: 1. During dinner there was lack of communication. One night the lady told us with excitement that there were Tomahawk, and then we found out there was only 1. Next, she told us we can have a steak that had just been taken out of the freezer, so we were rather disappointed. She was, however, very kind and told us that the day after they would have a lot of meat but we were leaving the next day.. 2. The massage lady was very sweet however, the massage was more of a caress rather than a massage and there was lack of flow. Overall we are very happy with the experience.

Great service. Awesome Spa
The hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering relaxation after a day on the slopes. The drop and pick-up service from the ski lift was convenient and well-organized. However, there are areas for improvement. The pillows in the room were not very comfortable, affecting sleep quality. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a decent variety, it could be expanded to cater to more dietary preferences.

Belles installations, magnifique endroit, personnel très chaleureux et serviable
Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour. L'endroit est magnifique et votre personnel a été exemplaire. Dans la chambre, nous n'avons trouvé qu'une seule prise, dans les toilettes, pour charger nos téléphones. Nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - friendly staff, delicious food, lovely spa. We were particularly grateful to the reception staff working on the evening of Saturday 7th October who called a doctor and helped to clean our room when my husband was ill. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel is usually closed on a Sunday and Monday and we would not be able to access the pool on Monday morning - this was particularly disappointing as my husband had not been able to use it on the Sunday.

Love the hotel and staff. Very accommodating staff, particularly the bartender and group events member who helped us address a topic about 16 month old. Also really nice to see all employees, from clearers to waiters to front desk people seeming genuinely happy to be there.

Our extended family of six, ages 7 - 69, stayed in 3 rooms all with gorgeous views. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the facilities were impeccable. E-Bike rentals at the hotel were a hugh and welcome surprise - so much easier than renting from a nearby ski shop. The polished granite pool is unique and always in pristine condition. The layout of the new SPA facilities was bit confusing at first. There is ample space in the steam and sauna rooms, and plenty of quiet room possibilities. The Schweizerhof is in a great location, conveniently located near a main bus stop, the Caumasee, a small grocery store, and some cafes and restaurants. The Schweizerhof restaurant has first rate service and an impressive menu prepared in the finest Swiss culinary traditions. This hotel is one of the crown jewels of Flims and is reasonably priced making it a great value for your stay in Flims.

The Schweizerhof was absolutely perfect. Friendly, efficient, beautifully cleaned room, fantastic food. Very good spa. My only criticism would be that the Swedish spa was not hot enough. The Finnish was superb and the pool was lovely. All through the Covid pandemic I dreamed of coming back to you. My time at the Schweizerhof has been my best holiday yet. Thank you!

This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff and the excellence of the food remained constant. On both these fronts, the hotel could not be faulted. My room was very comfy. However, I, and my friends, were a little taken aback to discover we were charged for tap water. Given the prices we were paying for our hotel room and meals, the charge left a poor impression. I would strongly suggest that this charge is removed (there never used to be one).

Hotel felt charming and there were some aspects that were very nice like breakfast and dinner areas. The location is a bit far away from the ski station. The pool was rather cold vs what I expected in a ski hotel. Also, they struggled to offer us a dinner table at the day of arrival and only accommodated a seat in the bar when we escalated. The room was spacious but the bathroom was too small for 4 people. The door didn’t even fully open and it just felt uncomfortable. A highlight was when one of the managers took the kids in the kitchen during dinner and gave them a show. This was really a nice gesture. For 500.- a night I think one can find better places and we wouldn’t come back here.

Very well looked after in this very comfortable nicely old style hotel. My brother and I were nicely welcomed and informed about where the ski room was and how their ski shuttle worked. We each had a 'miniscule' room which was perfect for single use. Nice views to mountains. Being British I would have like a kettle and tea making tray! Julio looked after us in the bar and Sina was our main waitress in the very pleasant dining room. Both very professional. Breakfast was what you would expect and dinner was always interesting. Bottled water was quite expensive, ask for a caraffe. The brand new pool/spa area is very nice. Four separate sauna/steam rooms. Will be better once decorated. Floor a bit slippery where damp and after climbing down from the strangely designed cold plunge bath. Steps are awkward in size. Hotel is on top of a rise overlooking the town with great views, especially from the roof top terrace with an honesty bar. We arrived by Postbus from Chur after trains from Zurich. Just over two hours and just a three minute walk from bus stop. Ten to fifteen minute walk down/up to town. Ski shuttle was always on time. I only saw steps to get into hotel, didn't see a ramp for wheelchairs. We are experienced good intermediate skiers. Less than half the runs were open and the higher lifts were closed occasionally. However there was enough skiing at our advancing ages. There are a number of very long lifts, which means long runs. Restaurants were very busy and service could be very slow. Would love to be able to take the hotel to wherever we ski next!

Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Eine unangenehme Überraschung waren die 2 Abendessen im Adula Hotel.Das Essen im Adula Hotel war geschmacklos. Der Raum, in dem wir gegessen haben, war die Kantine. Beim nächsten Mal fragen wir vor der Ankunft, ob alle Abendessen im Hotel serviert werden

A beautiful setting surrounded by trees. Most helpful staff. Delicious food. Lovely spacious room. Wonderful roof top terrace and spacious bright yoga room.

Together with the ecological flooring made of vegetable oils and natural minerals, the spruce provides a pleasant and powerful room climate. Its design options range from mindfulness retreats to continuing education seminars to sound meditations. Right next door you will find a tea and snack bar.

Our indoor swimming pool is equipped with a panoramic window front and a direct access to the forest edge lawn.

Throughout Flims, we benefit from green electricity from hydropower. In addition, we have implemented numerous measures in the hotel to save energy, but also plastic and paper. Our organic waste is also processed into biogas. We have been recognised as Swisstainable committed since spring 2024 and make an important contribution to sustainable Swiss tourism with our sustainable corporate development.

In the context of an inspiring environment, in which everyday stress fades, it is immediately better to work and brainstorm sustainably. Expand your horizons in a historic ambience and take advantage of our individual seminar rooms. Modern infrastructure and alpine views will facilitate your conferences, meetings and discussions and give you room for new ideas and thoughts. Our Salle d'Etude is our meeting room with mountain view. It can seat up to 32 people with seminar seating and up to 22 people with a U-shape. In the Salle de Lecture you have direct access to the veranda. The Boardroom in Art Nouveau style can accommodate up to 25 people with seminar seating and up to 15 people with a U-shape. We will be happy to advise you personally and assist you with the organization.

Flims is 135 km from Zurich, 222 km from Basel and 150 km from Lugano. By car, you can reach Flims in 90 minutes from Zurich, as we are only a 20-minute drive from Chur. You can travel comfortably by private car or bus, as well as by public transport.

Take the A3/A13 via Chur and take the Reichenau exit, or you can reach the region after an impressive drive over the Lukmanier or Oberalp passes (passes are only open in summer).

The regular train connections take you to Chur. There you change to the post bus to Flims, Laax, Falera and get off at "Flims Waldhaus, Caumasee". The bus station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
