The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Of course, you can also arrive earlier and leave your luggage at reception. If you would like to check into your room earlier, please contact the hotel and ask about the availability of an early check-in.
You can check out until 11 am on the day of departure. If you wish to leave your room later, please ask the hotel for a late check-out.
Enter the destination “Doornkaatlohne 2” in your navigation system. The short-term parking lot is located here and you can easily load and unload. A luggage trolley is also available next to the entrance. At check-in you will receive a key for the hotel's own parking lot. There is a charge of €9 per night.
Yes, there are four e-charging stations available in the hotel's own parking lot. You can use these for a fee during your stay. You will receive a card to activate them at reception. The fees (incl. €9/night for the parking lot) are €15/night for hybrid vehicles and €30/night for electric cars.
Yes, there is a locked bicycle shed in front of the parking lot bridge. You can safely store your bike here. You can obtain the key from reception.

It is possible to take your four-legged friend with you if you make an early request. Selected rooms are available for this for a surcharge of €25/night. You will also be provided with a dog bowl. The nearest North Sea beach is around 6 kilometers away in Norddeich.
The North Sea islands of Juist and Norderney are easily accessible by ferry from Norddeich. A ferry sails to Norderney several times a day; the crossings to Juist are heavily dependent on the tides. Day trips to Borkum, Baltrum or Langeoog are also possible.
Bathrobes, slippers, towels and a bathing bag are provided in the rooms for your stay.
There is no age limit for using the swimming pool. Children aged 12 and over may also use the sauna area if accompanied by an adult.

Our house is located in the middle of the East Frisian town of Norden and is ideal to reach by car or public transport!
Coming from the north from the direction of Bremen, you reach the city via the A28 and A31 motorways. The B72 federal road leads you directly into the city. Take the city exit B72 and follow Bahnhofsstraße over the castle moat (bridge). After the bridge, take the first exit at the roundabout and follow Dammstraße, then turn left into your destination street.
Norden train station is only about 650 metres from the hotel. Follow Bahnhofstraße towards the river and cross the bridge. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Dammstraße. About 200 metres further on, turn left into the destination road.
