Kasteel Daelenbroeck offers various rooms for a culinary dinner with individual ambience. From the cozy, living room-like salon with crackling fire to the knight's or rentmaster's hall. In the castle several halls are waiting for your celebrations, receptions and events. Romantik Hotel Kasteel Daelenbroeck is considered a dream location for weddings: You can get married in one of the romantic salons of the castle or even outside under the beautiful beech tree.

The main castle with the 'Rittersaal', the 'Rentmeistersaal' and various vaults from the 14th century are made for celebrations. The Hoofdburcht offers a classic and stylish ambience for parties and celebrations with up to 200 people. From autumn 2020 we have a modern pavilion over the moat at the back of the castle with a large terrace.

At Romantik Hotel Kasteel Daelenbroeck you can choose from around 15 meeting rooms with a total of over 1000 m². Even more customization is possible by combining one or more rooms. Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, screen and flipchart. The quiet location in the green, the silence and the upscale cuisine make every meeting a success.

The surroundings of Romantik Hotel Kasteel Daelenbroeck are suitable for a variety of activities, including horseback riding. In and around the National Park De Meinweg there are several bridle paths. More than 150 kilometers of trails await you in the border region. The extensive trails through heath and forest are interspersed with ponds and streams. The difference in altitude in the 1,600 hectare national park is an additional challenge to get here with your horse. You can visit Kasteel Daelenbroeck together with your horse. A pitch is also available on request.

National Park De Meinweg is 1,600 hectares and consists of forests, heaths, bogs and streams. Due to the biodiversity in the region, there are many different plants and animals. Examples are the wild boar, the viper and the sand lizard. Three fractures in the bedrock have created four terraces over many thousands of years. From the bottom of the Roer to the top of the plateau, a height difference of more than 50 meters has been created. The Meinweg is ideal for a walk, a short hike or a bike ride. 

Every Thursday is shopping night in the city center until 9 pm and every Sunday is open for business! On Saturday there is a large weekly market on the market and on Wednesday on the Münsterplein in Roermond a smaller farmers market. The range of stores has been extended to include the Designer Outlet Shopping Center Roermond. This is a large shopping paradise, just a short walk from the city center, where world brands and design labels are offered at low prices all year round.

The 18-hole tournament course of Herkenbosche - the Golf & Country Club de Herkenbosche at a distance of 1.5km - is one of the most beautiful courses in the Netherlands. With its characteristic shifting sand dunes, conifers and many rhododendrons, it is a pleasure to play and to linger.

Kasteel Daelenbroeck regularly hosts unique castle concerts. The music in the exceptional atmosphere of Landgoed Kasteel Daelenbroeck is a true experience. The concerts take place from September to March on the last Sunday of every month.

Landgoed Kasteel Daelenbroeck hosts a changing art exhibition, which is accessible free of charge. Here contemporary national and international artists exhibit their work. KunstSalon Kasteel Daelenbroeck is located in the characteristic rooms of the old restored horse stables Travalje- and Heinsbergzaal of Landgoed Kasteel Daelenbroeck. Open daily from 11 am to 6 pm and by appointment. January and February are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
