Surrounded by the scent of the forest and in beautiful nature, wedding dreams come true. The registry offices of the historic Stein Castle or Wildenfels Castle could host your wedding ceremony on any day of the week. With a white wedding carriage and hunting horn blowers for the festive entrance, a princely wedding dinner and a romantic and cosy wedding suite at the end, you will spend your most beautiful day in an idyllic atmosphere at the Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Waldidyll.

Four bright, friendly rooms with daylight and direct access to the garden are available for groups of five to 50 people. Here you can give free rein to your creative ideas and certainly make the right choices. Our trained service staff will accompany you through the day and, above all, guarantee fresh cuisine for your culinary needs. We are also happy to organise underground events, a driving safety training course on the Sachsenring or stollen-baking seminars.

In Hartenstein you can experience pure nature. There is a large network of paths with over 65 kilometres of cycling and hiking trails in Hartenstein Forest and along the Mulde River. Here, numerous historical buildings are waiting to be explored by bike or on foot. Bad Schlema is also the starting point for the historic raft ditch trail. Aue is the start of the Aue-Wolfsgrün long-distance cycle route with a connection to the Carl Route.

The hunt for the diversity of various forest and meadow fruits drives us. We track them down and thus learn what nature has to offer us. In guided walks through our forests and corridors around the Waldidyll, we take you on the tour and discover a new attitude to life together. Our "boys" - Siegfried Liebold and Gerald Prause - will take care of you during the mushroom hike. From the end of August, we'll be starting here again.

Even Goethe loved the area between Zwickau and Bohemia. Here in the Ore Mountains you are in the right place at any time of year. The Ore Mountains and the neighbouring large cities leave nothing to be desired with their many cultural, historical and scenic highlights. Sporty guests and families with children will have fun in the Greifensteine high ropes course or in the Plohn amusement park. Mines, castles and the famous GDR women's prison "Schloss Hoheneck" in Stollberg round off the region's attractions.
