Between shelves full of hand-picked specialities from the Bregenzerwald and the surrounding area, we spoil you with selected regional speciality cuisine. Chef Felix Groß is an advocate of regionality, he passionately refines products from within a maximum radius of 100 km, absolutely fresh and from selected partners. For him, "from nose to tail" is not an empty slogan, but a meaningful conviction.

In addition to fine wines, selected top cheeses from the Bregenzerwald and Vorarlberg are stored in the in-house cheese cellar. In addition to sliced cheeses such as red wine, wild garlic, beer and herb cheeses in various degrees of ripeness, the range also includes soft cheeses and fresh cheeses made from goat's and raw milk. The cheese cellar serves as a room for delicious tastings, as an introduction to a culinary evening or as a cozy conclusion among friends.

The pool in the large and absolutely peaceful garden is pleasantly heated all year round and has an indoor entrance. Everyone will find their favorite spot in the well-kept garden.
