Gourmet restaurant

The atmosphere, design and award-winning cuisine of the chalet know only one goal: to offer guests an ambience in which they can forget everyday life. The restaurant's three tastefully designed parlours with fine natural materials have an individual signature and offer guests high-quality furnishings and a cosy feel-good atmosphere. The refined contrast of quarry stone walls with modern furniture and rustic decorative elements is intentional and skilful.

Breakfast

Maria Lehn prepares the breakfast herself with great finesse. "We think it's uncharming to expect guests to get food from the buffet, so we decided on a much more elaborate, but more beautiful version," she says, serving fine nibbles on a silver étagère. Fruit salad, muesli and little extras come to the table in little glasses, eggs are prepared à la carte, and a glass of champagne rounds off the start of a wonderful day at the lake or on the golf course.

From the use of many regional or self-produced products and fish from the surrounding area, to the considerate use of resources such as energy and water, to our highly trained staff, we pay attention to the highest quality with respect for our beloved lake landscape.

Fresh and regional food

Whether dairy products and cheese from the Andechs organic dairy Scheitz, jam, honey, organic eggs, fish and meat from the surrounding area, or the sustainable products from pure organic production: we choose only the freshest and best quality for our culinary delights. Buns, pastries and bread made from high-quality regional ingredients with traditional recipes and artisan expertise come from the southern part of Lake Ammersee. No packaging and no plastic: Our drinks are not served with plastic and disposable materials, nor are they transported across half of Europe. Many of our juices, wines, beers, liqueurs and distillates come from the region. Our Herrschingen spring water of the purest drinking water quality comes directly from the Renzensried spring near Breitbrunn on Lake Ammersee.

Motorway A96, exit Oberpfaffenhofen coming from Munich, or exit Inning coming from Lindau. At the beginning of Herrsching, the route is signposted on brown boards (free parking is available behind the hotel).

From Munich main station you can reach Herrsching in 50 minutes with the S8 (S-Bahn). These trains run every twenty minutes until midnight - restrictions apply on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Our hotel is about 500m away from the station. You can reach us on foot in about 10 minutes. There is also a taxi rank at the Herrsching train station. From there you will be brought to us quickly and safely if necessary. If you wish, we can also pick you up at the train station or bring you to your train.
