With its central location in the baroque quarter of Dresden's Neustadt district, we offer the opportunity to hold meetings in an extraordinary historical atmosphere. The 18th-century building has 3 rooms of its own and also provides additional rooms for larger meetings through its partners. A special feature is the personal touch that makes your event an unforgettable experience, from the ambience to the service and catering.

The Romantik Hotel is located in the heart of Dresden's Baroque Quarter. This baroque ensemble with its magnificent façades, romantic alleys and cobblestones dating back to ancient times is now home to leafy courtyards, small shops and manufactories, galleries and artists' workshops as well as antique shops, restaurants and boutiques. A leisurely walk leads over the Augustus Bridge to the Old Town side of the Elbe, where further sights such as the Frauenkirche, the Zwinger and Dresden Castle await our guests.

Benefit from the extensive SPA offer at the neighbouring Hotel Bülow Palais an der Dreikönigskirche, which is also managed by the Bülow team. We will book you an appointment for a wellness treatment in the Palais SPA. The use of the fitness area in the Bülow Palais is also free of charge for guests of the Bülow Residenz. The sauna area can be used at a special price.

Dresden has more than 40 museums - many of them world-famous and unique! The Old Masters Gallery with the Sistine Virgin Mary, Europe's largest treasure chamber - the Green Vault, the incomparable porcelain collection of the Strong August and a unique collection of historical clocks - the Mathematical Salon, are a must during your visit to Dresden!

The city's landmark - the Frauenkirche - enchants not only with its magnificent colours but also with the sound of the Silbermann organ at numerous concerts.

Dresden combines historical architecture and nature, and cycling makes it possible to experience both intensively. A highlight for every cyclist is the Elbe Cycle Path, one of the most beautiful long-distance cycle paths in Europe. The route takes you right through Dresden's old town, past the Frauenkirche, the Semper Opera House and the Zwinger. Every kilometer reveals new perspectives on the baroque buildings and the city's rich history. But it's not just the culture that's fun: the Elbe Cycle Path also takes you through stunning natural landscapes. Through green vineyards, along tranquil floodplains and through shady forests. Dresden is the perfect starting point for your cycle tour along the 1,220 km long Elbe Cycle Path, where every ride becomes a little adventure. The Romantik Hotel Bülow Residenz has been a member of the ADFC since 2024.

As diverse as the museums and sights in Dresden itself is the range of excursion destinations in the surrounding area. Old wine villages line the Elbe valley to the north along the leisurely meandering river and numerous wineries invite you to taste their wines. Impressive rock formations of Saxon Switzerland such as the Bastei, the Schrammsteine or the Lilienstein can be found to the south along the Elbe. The entire Elbe valley can be excellently explored on a boat trip from Dresden. 

The Elbe Sandstone Mountains, only around 30 kilometers south-east of Dresden, are a small adventure land in the middle of Saxon Switzerland, because here you can enjoy magnificent views, hike through deep gorges and climb striking sandstone cliffs. At the famous Bastei, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the wide Elbe valley that will stay with you forever. The unique landscape of jagged rocks and vast green forests offers unforgettable experiences and is only a short drive from Dresden. A trip here is like a journey into another world, for hiking, climbing and walking.

Golfing in Dresden is the perfect combination of nature and culture, activity and enjoyment, sporting ambition and gastronomy. Three different 18-hole golf courses await you just 20 minutes away.

On nice days, guests can order a picnic basket with delicious specialities from the hotel and sit by the Elbe meadows with lovingly prepared delicacies. The dishes are freshly prepared in the Caroussel Nouvelle kitchen. A picnic blanket is of course also included.

On this guided tour, aimed primarily at "already Dresden connoisseurs" and "repeat offenders", you will get to know the secret and unnoticed stars of Dresden's Old Town. With each well-known sight, you turn your back on it to find out what lies opposite it - this can be a building, but also a tiny ornament.

Away from Dresden's historic old town, which is better explored on foot, you can discover the green Dresden on this guided tour by bike. The extensive Great Garden with the Garden Palace, the villa districts of Striesen and Blasewitz, the Elbe cycle path with a view of the three Elbe castles - you have never experienced Dresden in a more entertaining and active way.
