Mas de Fauchon

Sheltered from the world in the countryside near Aix, this former sheepfold restored in the Provencal tradition is a gourmet stop with rooms respecting the spirit of the place. The rooms hidden by the pine forest each of them with a private terrace where guest can relax and direct access to the three-hectare park and swimming pool. The sheepfold is greatly appreciated for its terroir cuisine, creative and flavoured with local herbs, enjoyed near the fireplace, under the old beams. When the weather's fine the tables are moved outside on the terrace with fantastic view over the countryside.
