L’Oustalet is a « house » that stems from a shared passion between Family Perrin, a family of winemakers and Laurent Deconinck, a chef, located next to the restaurant in Gigondas. It is a mix of contemporary and authentic style at the heart of our Mediterranean culture. The produce inspires our cuisine we are in permanent search of the finest food and wine matches.
