Le Moulin de l'Imaginaire

In Terrasson-Lavilledieu, on the edge of the Vézère in the Dordogne, the restaurant Moulin de l'Imaginaire opens its doors.
It is thanks to Pierre Delmon and his family that this jewel has experienced a true renaissance. Fabienne Eymard - former star chef at Bistrot Benoît in Paris - revives there the traditional dishes of her childhood in Limousin near the Périgord. The chef, who prides herself on working with local, seasonal produce (by carefully selecting her growers and producers), constantly strives for harmony and strength in the flavors on her plate.

You will also be seduced by the restaurant's terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the 12th century Pont-Vieux! Two rooms overlooking the Vézère also promise culinary moments in a convivial and comfortable setting.
