L'Auberge de la Charme

Approximately fifteen kilometres from Dijon in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, L'Auberge de la Charme is an old forge nicely transformed into a characterful restaurant. This establishment is distinguished first and foremost by the authenticity of the place, a perfect example of the architecture of the region. In this traditional setting, chefs Nicolas Isnard and David Le Comte have created a contemporary decor that is a taster of their menu.

This is the result of the culinary inspiration of these two maestros. Their recipes take the starting point from which to offer seasonal products. These are then enhanced by an expert mix of traditional flavours and flavours from elsewhere, offering consistently successful dishes.
