The Bastide Bourrelly in Cabriès, near Aix-en-Provence, has been a fixture in the region for two centuries. Under the management of Michelin-starred chef Mathias Dandine, who also runs La Magdeleine in Géménos, the inn has recently been expanded to 30 rooms that reflect the charm of Provence. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming. Dandine and Guillaume Lemelle design the menu of the gourmet restaurant, which will receive a Michelin star in 2024. The focus is on seasonal, regionally inspired cuisine with modern accents. Amenities include an outdoor pool, spa, jacuzzi, bar and event rooms.
