Very close to Cahors, nestled in a 70-hectare ecological site, this 15th-century manor house still preserves its specificity - with a biodynamic vegetable garden and a truffle farm, a lake and a spring water pool, a thermal bath with floral scents. Your hosts have settled here to enjoy the natural luxury where the art of living is closely linked to the environment. The white limestone manor house, typical of the Quercy Blanc region, has 5 cosy guest rooms with their own terraces and views of the countryside. And the gastronomy is truly unique! Chef Patrick Duler draws inspiration from local organic ingredients - Périgord truffles, Gascon black ham, spiced foie gras - using his instincts to create natural cuisine with finesse and sophistication. In winter, dinner is served in the fireplace.
